Kevin Corcoran, OD, is a board-certified optometrist at Ophthalmology Physicians & Surgeons, PC, where he currently works with patients at the practice’s Spring House, Hatboro, and Levittown offices in Pennsylvania. A born and bred Pennsylvania Abingtonian, Dr. Corcoran brings more than 40 years of optometry experience to the practice.
Majoring in biology at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Dr. Corcoran has always been interested in science and medicine. Shortly after graduation, he pursued his passion and enrolled in Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, where he earned his optometry doctorate.
With four decades’ worth of experience, Dr. Corcoran’s specialties include adult and pediatric eye care, contact lenses, orthokeratology, anterior segment disease, glaucoma treatment, cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, and laser surgery.
In addition to his professional experience, Dr. Corcoran is president of the Bucks Montgomery Optometric Society, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and the Jenkintown Kiwanis Club. He also belongs to a number of respected organizations, including the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, the ACME Screening Room, and the Animal Alliance in Lambertville, New Jersey, where he serves as an ambassador of adoptions. In 1989, Dr. Corcoran was voted Optometrist of the Year by the Chester-Delaware Optometric Society.
