About Dr. Peet
Jon Peet, MD, is a board-eligible comprehensive ophthalmologist & eye surgeon working with patients throughout Hatboro, Bethlehem, and Levittown, Pennsylvania. Offering more than 11 years of experience, Dr. Peet currently treats patients at Ophthalmology Physicians & Surgeons, PC.
Dr. Peet’s passion for science and medicine began at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned both a biology undergraduate degree and a biotechnology master’s degree. He went on to attend Temple University School of Medicine, becoming a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. During medical school, Dr. Peet was so well regarded that he received the prestigious Lamport Biomedical Research Award.
Before completing his ophthalmology training at the Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Peet interned at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. Since starting his career, Dr. Peet has developed a broad range of research interests, from ophthalmologic imaging to value-based medicine. His strong research background drives him to stay current with the latest treatments and provide excellent patient care.
Dr. Peet’s specialties include small-incision cataract surgery and glaucoma management. He currently performs surgery at Wills Eye Bucks Surgery Center in Warminster, the Pain and Surgical Center in Langhorne, and the Valley Eye Surgery Center in Bethlehem.
