Dr Kanoff completed his residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center after graduating medical school at Temple University where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society. Mark C. Montag, M.D. received his B.S. in Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh, Magna Cum Laude. He received his medical school training at the University of Pittsburgh of Medicine and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Morrison has an extensive career supporting and providing ophthalmic services to the Veterans Administration ophthalmology department and outpatient clinic at the Wilkes Barre VA Hospital and the Allentown VA outpatient clinic. Zeba A. Syed, MD is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who specializes in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery. She serves as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.
After graduating summa cum laude from Harvard College, Dr. Syed went on to graduate from Harvard Medical School. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston, MA. After residency, Dr. Syed completed a fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, FL.
Dr. Syed is the author of numerous book chapters and articles in the peer-reviewed literature. Among her many awards, Dr. Syed has been honored as a Heed Foundation Fellow and received the Resident Excellence Award by the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS).

Dr. Lindsey Barouh received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from The Pennsylvania State University. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Dr. Barouh graduated with highest academic honors and achieved clinical honors throughout her externship rotations in primary care, contact lens and ocular disease.
Dr. Barouh is available for routine eye care including contact lenses, and the management and treatment of ocular diseases.
Dr. Guy Brignola has been practicing eye care for more than 15 years as a medically focused optometrist, working closely with medical doctors in the treatment and management of ocular diseases, such as glaucoma, cataract, and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Brignola brings extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease, comprehensive eye exams, contact lenses, preoperative evaluations, and post-operative care. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree at Villanova University. Dr. Brignola received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, now known as Salus University. He graduated with clinical honors and received the Philadelphia County Optometric Society Award at graduation. He received clinical training at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, the VA Hospital Medical Center in Wilmington, Broward Eyecare in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and the Eye Surgery Center of Louisiana in New Orleans.
As a member of the Student Optometric Service to Humanity, he participated in volunteer medical missions, providing refractive and medical eye care in remote villages in Guatemala and Belize. Since 2001, Dr. Brignola has served as a clinical faculty member for Salus University, providing clinical education to third and fourth year optometry students at our two office locations.
