Prathima Neerukonda, MD

Ophthalmology Physicians & Surgeons is pleased to announce the addition of Prathima Neerukonda, MD to our family of eye care professionals. Dr. Neerukonda is a Board Certified Glaucoma Specialist, managing routine and complex ocular cases while also seeing a wide range of comprehensive ophthalmology patients. She will be performing surgery at both the Wills Plymouth Meeting Surgery Center and the Blue Bell Surgery Center.

Graduating from Washington University, Dr. Neerukonda graduated with honors, majoring in Biology and Psychology. Completing her medical degree with honors from the Chicago Medical School, Prathima went on to intern at Macneal Hospital in Chicago and completed residency at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. A fellowship in Glaucoma was completed at Emory University in Atlanta Ga.
