Francis J. Clark, M.D.

Dr. Clark is a board certified ophthalmologist. He attended St. Joseph's University on a Presidential Scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While a student at Jefferson Medical College, he received high honors in ophthalmology from Wills Eye Hospital. He completed his ophthalmology training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

In addition to general ophthalmology, cataract and oculoplastic surgeries, Dr. Clark has a special interest in LASIK refractive surgery. He is on the Medical Advisory Board of Wills Eye Surgery Center of Bucks. Dr. Clark has been active in refractive surgery since the early 1990s. Dr. Clark has experienced the changes in refractive surgery and routinely performs cataract and LASIK surgery with the skills that long-term experience generates. He takes pride in his continuity of care for each patient before and after surgery.

Mark C. Montag, M.D.

Mark C. Montag, M.D. received his B.S. in Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh, Magna Cum Laude. He received his medical school training at the University of Pittsburgh of Medicine and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Montag then completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Florida. He completed his speciality Fellowship in Retina-Vitreous at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, NE. Dr. Montag is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Area hospital affiliations include Frankford Bucks Hospital.

Prathima Neerukonda, MD

Specializing in cataracts, glaucoma management, laser surgery, and glaucoma surgery, Dr. Neerukonda offers valuable expertise to the staff and patients of Ophthalmology Physicians and Surgeons.

Dr. Neerukonda earned her Bachelors Degree with honors from Washington University in St. Louis, with a double major in Biology and Psychology. Prior to matriculating to medical school, she joined the AmeriCorps program, which is dedicating to completing a year of service to the community. She then went on to graduate among the top of her medical school class at the Chicago Medical School with numerous honors and accolades including early acceptance into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Neerukonda completed her residency in ophthalmology at the The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where she was named Chief Resident. She then went on to complete an intensive fellowship in glaucoma management and surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Before moving to Philadelphia and joining Ophthalmolgy Surgeons and Physicians, she practiced in Chicago as a glaucoma specialist.

Dr. Neerukonda is a board certified ophthalmologist and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Medical Association. Dr. Neerukonda is currently seeing patients at our Wyndmoor and Springhouse office locations.

Jon Peet, M.D.

Dr. Peet is a comprehensive ophthalmologist. He attended the University of Pennsylvania where he received an undergraduate degree in Biology and a master’s degree in Biotechnology. Dr. Peet received his medical degree from Temple University
where he received the Lamport Biomedical Research Award and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He was an intern at Lankenau Hospital and received his ophthalmology training at the Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Peet has broad research interests ranging from ophthalmologic imaging to value-based medicine. His strong research background drives him to stay current with the latest treatments and provide excellent patient care.

David S.C. Pao, M.D

David S.C. Pao, M.D is board certified in ophthalmology. He attended Swarthmore College, graduating with a B.S. degree in electrical engineering. His M.D. degree is from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons. Following a medical internship at George Washington University Hospital, he returned to Philadelphia to complete an ophthalmology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, followed by a retinal fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital.

Dr. Pao has been in Bucks County for over 25 years, predominantly in the clinical practice of ophthalmology. During this time he has been on the staff of Wills Eye Hospital and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and is engaged in teaching medical students and supervising residents.

Michael J. Sponberg, O.D.

Michael J. Sponberg, O.D. graduated from the University of Maine.He completed his Optometry training at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia and has been in private practice since 1979. Dr. Sponberg is licensed by the State Board of Optometry to practice in Therapeutics/Glaucoma.

Michelle Beachkofsky, O.D.

Dr. Beachkofsky is a graduate of Purdue University and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She has had relevant private practice experience, and joined our group after high recommendation by her peers. Dr. Beachkofsky completed a comprehensive residency in specialty contact lenses and anterior segment disease.

Dr. Beachkofsky is available for adult eye exams, and the expert fitting of soft, hard, and gas permeable contact lenses, offering the latest available products.

Stephanie Ann Brien, O.D.

Dr. Stephanie Brien completed her B.S. degree in Natural Science and Chemistry at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, Pa., graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her O.D. was earned at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Elkins Park, Pa. She maintains professional affiliations in the American and Pennsylvania Optometric Associations.

Dr. Brien has had a varied eye care career from her beginnings as an ophthalmic technician in 1997. Dr. Brien has specialized training in hard-to-fit contact lens patients, corneal disease management, as well as post-operative care for cataracts, corneal grafts, Lasik. She continues to co-manage Glaucoma patients with various ophthalmologists within Ophthalmology Physicians & Surgeons.

Dr. Brien is certainly achieving her goals of becoming a productive and compassionate doctor in a busy optometric setting.

Lindsay Barouh, O.D.

Dr. Lindsey Barouh received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from The Pennsylvania State University. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Dr. Barouh graduated with highest academic honors and achieved clinical honors throughout her externship rotations in primary care, contact lens and ocular disease.

Dr. Barouh is available for routine eye care including contact lenses, and the management and treatment of ocular diseases.
